Gail is a Pulmonary Hypertension Clinical Coordinator. After graduating in 1988 from Mount Royal University where she currently is one of the Board of Directors for the Nursling Alumni. Gail's career started in acute care medicine and transitioned to Critical Care. Gail served as a bedside nurse and Nurse Clinician in the ICU/CCU and was active in many trials including the Flolan trials for Pulmonary Hypertension in the 1990's. Gail left the critical areas to join the Southern Alberta PH Program in 2007. As clinical coordinator Gail continues to assist with right heart catheterizations weekly as well as coordinate outpatient and inpatient care and education to the PH population. Gail is also active in the education of staff and raising awareness in a clinical setting. Gail is currently an ambassador for PHA Canada, the secretary for the PH Health Professional Committee and organizes fundraisers on a regular basis through her non-profit organization YYCharity Inc.
Carolyn Doyle-Cox RN MSN

Wendy Gin-Sing is a Pulmonary Hypertension Clinical Nurse Specialist. She qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1984, has completed a MSc in Cardiorespiratory Nursing at Imperial, is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and is now undertaking a Doctorate in Healthcare at Kings College, London. She has been the Senior Nurse Specialist for the nationally designated Pulmonary Hypertension Service at the Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust since it was first established in 2000.
She is Deputy Chair of the UK and Ireland PH Nurse and Pharmacist National Forum and was the first Nurse Representative on the Nucleus of the European Society of Cardiology Working Group on Pulmonary Circulation and Right Ventricular Function. She was a member of Curriculum Development Forum for the Pulmonary Hypertension e-learning module at Edge Hill University and Chair of the online Virtual Nurse CME Education Programme. She is also on the Medical Advisory Board for the PHA-UK.
Wendy is passionate about promoting the holistic care of patients with pulmonary hypertension through a multidisciplinary approach to improve quality of life and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Carolyn graduated form Mount Saint Mary College in New York in 1985 with her BSN and from the University of Phoenix in 2003 with her MSN. Carolyn began her career working in CCUs in NY and Boston. She moved to Canada in 1999 and joined the University of Ottawa Heart Institute (UOHI)), where she has worked as a nurse in the Cardiac Surgical Unit, clinical nurse educator and APN Heart Transplant, VAD's and Heart Failure. Carolyn briefly left UOHI to work as a clinical support specialist for World Heart and returned in 2007 working together with cardiology and clinical services in starting the Ottawa Pulmonary Hypertension Program. Carolyn currently serves on the Board of PHA Canada and the Nurse Liaison and has done so since 2011. Carolyn is also the chair of the PH Health Professional Committee.
Traci L. Stewart RN MSN
Nurse Clinician Specialist
Traci has over 25 years of clinical expertise in management of pulmonary hypertension (PH) and heart failure (HF) patients. As a nurse clinician specialist in the Pulmonary Hypertension Program at the University of Iowa, she coordinates care as patients transition from the inpatient and outpatient settings. Traci has her Masters in Nursing and is a certified HF nurse. Traci is actively involved in the American Association of HF Nurses and Pulmonary Hypertension Association. Traci is the immediate pas chair fo the PHA Online University and was a task force member for the PH Centers of Comprehensive Care Initiative.
